Carrying out the work

Direct Ongedierte carries out its work carefully, professionally and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Pest control remains dependent on various external factors such as hygiene, construction, environment and the customer's follow-up of advice. For this reason we cannot give a permanent or full guarantee that pests will disappear definitively.

Liability

Direct Ongedierte is not liable for:

• existing damage caused by pests
• indirect or consequential damage
• damage due to overdue maintenance
• damage caused by structural defects
• recurring nuisance after treatment
• damage beyond our control
• incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

Any liability is limited to the amount of the work carried out.

Customer's responsibility

The customer remains responsible for:

• providing correct information
• following the advice given
• necessary hygiene and prevention measures
• accessibility of the treatment location

Emergency and service rates

Additional rates may apply for emergency requests, evening hours, weekends and public holidays.

Force majeure

Direct Ongedierte is not liable for delays or damage resulting from force majeure, including weather conditions, technical failures or external circumstances beyond our control.
