How quickly can you be there?

We're often at your door within 1 to 2 hours. In a hurry? Where possible we come the same day.

Roughly what does a treatment cost?

It varies per situation: the type of pest and the size of the problem determine the price. So we don't quote a fixed price remotely, but assess it on site and then give you a clear price — with no surprises afterwards.

Do you also work evenings and weekends?

Definitely. We're available all week — including evenings and weekends — and 24/7 for emergencies.

What happens after I get in touch?

Together we map out your problem and schedule an appointment. Our technician assesses the situation on site and can often start right away — in many cases within 24 hours.

Do I need to leave the room during treatment?

For some treatments — such as bed bugs, silverfish, cockroaches and flies — you need to stay out of the treated room for about two hours, for safety. For most other treatments this isn't necessary. Our technician tells you in advance what applies to your situation.

Will the pest really be gone afterwards?

We do everything we can to solve your problem for good, among other things by removing food sources and fitting exclusion measures. How lasting the result is also depends on the situation and on following our advice.

How do I know which pest I'm dealing with?
